難民政策轉彎 克羅埃西亞關邊界

「克羅埃西亞」週三開放邊界讓難民入境後，一下子湧入一萬七千多人，當局眼見情勢有些失控，因此政策大轉彎，關閉邊界，許多難民被堵在邊界，如同無頭蒼蠅般亂竄，鄰近國家跟著大亂。(謝佐人報導)
 
一波接著一波的難民試圖從歐盟東南部入境，尋求生機，但隨著東歐國家陸續關閉邊界，這些難民也跟著四處亂竄，找尋新的出口。
歐盟下星期將召開緊急會議討論危機。
這些難民大多是來自敘利亞、伊拉克及阿富汗，他們為躲避戰亂而遠走他鄉，但在匈牙利關閉邊界之後，他們繞道試圖從「塞爾維亞」經「克羅埃西亞」進入歐盟，但短短三天，就有上萬難民湧入「克羅埃西亞」，當局也受不了，因此反悔，決定關閉邊界。數千個難民晚一步入境，就被擋在邊界外。
反而是匈牙利，又決定讓新的難民通關，不過當局隨即以巴士將這些難民直接載到奧地利邊界放下。奧地利啞巴吃黃蓮，只能對那些未提出庇護申請的難民，保留拒絕入境的權利。
此外在歐盟南部的「斯洛維尼亞」，大約500個難民在邊界橋樑上，遭到「斯洛維尼亞」警察噴胡椒水阻止入境。
這些難民的困境令人憐憫，但人數實在太多，對於歐盟東南部國家而言，如同燙手山芋，儘管歐盟想要實施強制分配收容措施，但不少國家強烈反對；因此在歐盟沒有達成協議之前，東南部首當其衝的國家也只能以本國利益為優先考量。(中廣記者謝佐人在台北報導)(圖片取材自網路)
